Garden Leadership Teams
The Elder Team.
The Garden Elder team is a group of volunteer leaders nominated from within our church community, and considered and elected by current Board members. The Elders have three primary areas of responsibility: to live as an example to the church; to shepherd the church; and to oversee the future direction of the Garden.

Leadership Community.
There are many teams and groups within the thegarden community, each led by a volunteer leader who has been equipped and sent out to lead in their unique context and according to their specific passion and calling. We gather these leaders multiple times a year to hear where thegarden is headed, to ask questions, and to place our church before God in worship and prayer.
